Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to European Union member countries use a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service.
For orders outside the EU, if a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees, no refund will be issued. Orders sent to the United States may be subject to US Customs duties, which are not covered by Kouture.
Returns
At Kouture, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, this can be done within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure eligibility, items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original tags and packaging. We kindly ask that you handle all pieces with care while in your possession.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging to safeguard them during transit. For your peace of mind, please use an insured, trackable shipping method, as Kouture cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we suggest using recorded delivery to guarantee a secure return process.
Refund Policy
If you would like to return an item, please email us at help@kouturebrand.com, and we will provide the return address.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. If the return is delayed, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

From early on, I expressed myself through the way I dress in a quiet, confident style, never loud yet effortlessly distinct. I never had access to expensive designer pieces, but that never stopped people from noticing. Friends, colleagues, even strangers would compliment my style, often surprised to learn I wasn’t wearing luxury labels. They’d ask me how I put outfits together. They’d say, “You always look so good without trying too hard.” That stuck with me.
Over time, I realized that true style isn’t about loud logos or price tags, it’s about intention, self-respect, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are. True style speaks for itself. It doesn't need to shout.
In 2023, that realization and belief became a vision, to create a clothing brand that represents the highest standard of everyday elegance. That vision became Kouture.
